29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: The exit routes and rear exit door were blocked by materials such as (but not limited to) pallets, Z-racks, shelving, clothing, plastic, and other similar material creating slip, fall, and/or trip hazards and limiting egress out in the following areas: a. P1 Receiving: Blocked rear exit; Blocked exit route to side exit; Excessive clutter and storage; Poor housekeeping, and narrowed aisle ways. b. T1: Bulk 200 area, Aisle -02, and Baler. c. T2: Bulk 1-00 Aisle, Aisles 01 and 10 were cluttered, and Exit doors. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 992496, Citation Number 2, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 18, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2703 Route 541, Burlington, NJ. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1089148, Citation Number 2, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1149 Sunrise Highway, Copiague, NY.
