29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. Employees working at elevations greater than 6 feet from the ground or lower levels while performing commercial framing are not being protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective fall protection against falls as required by the standard as most recently demonstrated on: 1. On or about January 10, 2019, on the 6:12 pitch roof, seven framing employees installing trusses and truss bracing were exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard from the lower eaves in that they were not protected by a fall protection system Doris L.
