29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign did not have the word "Exit" in plainly eligible letters not less than six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide: a) Break Room - On or about March 7, 2019, and times prior thereto, the letters on the "EXIT" sign posted above the designated exit door measured 4 inches high. b) Maintenance Shop - On or about March 7, 2019, and times prior thereto, the letters on both "EXIT" signs posted above each designated exit door measured 4 inches high. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
