29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): a) 1730 Ridge Avenue : The employer did not ensure that a protective system was installed inside an excavation that was approximately 11 feet deep, 17 feet wide and 55 feet long to protect the employees from cave-in hazards. Condition was observed on or about 21 DEC 2018.
