29 CFR 1910.177(g): Tires on single piece rim wheels were not contained within a restraining device, positioned behind a barrier or bolted on the vehicle with the lug nuts fully tightened during tire inflation: On or about December 18, 2019, at the facility in the yard, the employer did not provide a restraining device or a barrier (cage, shield, mounting device or restraining device) while three (3) employees where inflating monster truck tires on single piece rim wheels which were not bolted on a vehicle, exposing the employees to struck-by hazards.
