29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) FedEx Ground/Dayton, NJ- Throughout the facility: The employer failed to report incident resulting in employee hospitalization to OSHA within 24-hours. Employee became sick while performing assigned job tasks and was taken by an ambulance to the hospital. The employee was hospitalized for three days. Incident occurred on November 6, 2018.
