29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): Employees were allowed to work on surfaces which did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity: a) Worksite, 1155 Montauk Highway, East Patchogue. NY: An employee assisting with the assembly of a shed in the rear yard of the worksite was exposed to fall hazards while walking on the roof panels of the partially completed structure, approximately 12ft above the concrete surface below; on or about 12/8/2018. NOTE: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance to 29 CFR 1903.19.
