29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. a. On or about November 28, 2018 and at times prior, for the establishment, the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program that described how the criteria specified in paragraph (g) of this Section for safety data sheets would be met. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to frack sand (crystalline silica).
