29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a. 88 Claremont Rd., Bernardsville, NJ - Exterior Elevator Shaft The employer did not ensure that employees performing masonry activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold was protected from falls. An employee hoisting masonry materials was observed working from a scaffold platform that was not fully planked and did not have properly installed guardrails or the employee utilizing a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about November 28, 2018 W.A.G. Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1051350 , citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 69 Woods End, Florham Park, NJ 07932
