29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Upper Roof - On or about November 14, 2018 two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a low-slope roof 18 feet 7 inches above the concrete with no fall protection. (b) Lower Roof - On or about November 14, 2018 two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a low-slope roof 8 feet 2 inches above the concrete with no fall protection. J.C.B. Roofing-II, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1281235, citation number2 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/15/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 911 E. 65th Street, Savannah, GA 31405. JCB Roofing-II, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256194, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/29/2017, with respect to a workplace located at221 Johnny Mercer Blvd., Savannah, GA 31410.
