29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 430 E. Walnut St., Springfield, Missouri- Employees were observed walking on the top plate of the 3rd story and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The DDG Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1326171, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8-2-18, with respect to a workplace located at 2313 S. 63rd St., Omaha, NE 68106.
