29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) Asphalt roof, 105 & 106 Apache Drive - On or about October 16, 2018, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses or other personal protective equipment to prevent injury to the eyes. Navy Contractor's, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310321, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 208 La Grande Avenue, Fanwood, NJ 07023.
