29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect the workers from falling from heights greater than 6 feet. This was most recently observed at or about 7250 N. 172nd Street Omaha, Nebraska. Employees were observed working on a 4:12 pitch roof installing water shield membrane without fall protection. This exposed the employees to front elevation of 10 feet, and 21 feet from eave to ground. Mr. Juvenal Aguilar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1142246 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1605 S 212th St Elkhorn, NE.
