29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648: Observed on or about October 16, 2018, stones, wood, dust and debris accumulated on the floor of the facility on the sides of and beneath of the unscrambler machine. b) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648: Observed on or about October 16, 2018, dust accumulated on top of wooden beams along the wall of the building near the unscrambler machine. c) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648: Observed on or about October 16, 2018, stones, wood, dust and debris accumulated on top of and inside of a green electrical panel located on the side of the unscambler machine.
