29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): The employer did not provide respirator users with information contained in Appendix D to this section when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a) Facility The employer did not provide employees voluntarily wearing filtering facepiece respriators such as Gerson 1730 with the information contained in Appendix D of this section ("Information for Employees Using Respirators When Not Required Under the Standard"). Filtering facepiece respirators are worn during such activities as shop cleaning, electrical work and general shop assistant activities. Violation occurred on or about 11/7/2018.
