29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation: a) Employee injuries occurring in calendar year 2018 that resulted in days away from work, were misclassified or incorrectly recorded on the OSHA 300 injury and illness log as job transfer or restricted work activity injuries. Cases include, but are not limited to, an injury in July which resulted in 71 days away from work that was classified/recorded as a job transfer or restricted activity injury. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
