29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): a) Facility - On or about 08/29/18 and at times prior thereto employees operated the Toyota cherry picker (electric), the yellow Komatsu forklift (LPG-powered), the green Mitsubishi forklift (LPG-powered), and the orange Toyota forklift (LPG-powered). The employer did not certify that the workers were trained and evaluated. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
