29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electric equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. On or about August 13, 2018 and times prior, the 480V three phase electrical cabinets located to the right hand side of Exit #36 at the West Plant were dented and the doors of the middle cabinet left opened, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
