29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Granite Masters, Inc., Suwanee, GA - On or about 08/21/2018 employees were exposed to electrical hazards due to an extension cord, coming from the roof in the fabrication area, being used as a permanent wiring to connect the Makita 9564CV.
