29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) At the jobsite, on or about July 17, 2018, employees performing wood framing activities while exposed to being struck on the head by materials and tools were not wearing head protection. Mejia Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1038907, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Saratoga Drive, Rincon, Georgia. Mejia Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079921, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Saratoga Drive, Rincon, Georgia.
