29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation shall be protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that a protective system was installed inside an excavation that was approximately 9 feet deep to protect the employees from caught in between hazards. Condition was observed on or about 17 AUG 2018.
