29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) On or about 08/16/18 - Moulding area, the horizontal conveyor belt that moves scrap material to the Hog was not guarded. Woodgrain Millwork, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219 (e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957284, citation number 1, item number 6, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/07/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Shelby Street, Montevallo, Alabama.
