29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) On or about July 26, 2018, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling, approximately six feet to the concrete deck, while performing masonry work from tubular welded frame scaffold platform that was not fully planked. Polo Masonry Builders, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1207818, citation number 2, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on May 23 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2450 N. Clybourn Ave., Chicago, Illinois 60614. Polo Masonry Builders, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1001826, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on January 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2829 N. Leavitt Ave., Chicago Illinois 60647. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
