29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. At the frame side of the manufacturing area, a RKS Tool and Die, Inc. punch press was not provided with a guard exposing employees to the point of operation, on or about 07/26/2018. Central Florida Lumber and Supply Co, Inc. dba Mills & Nebraska, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012529, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/24/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 2721 Regent Street, Orlando, FL 32804.
