29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: A.) Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store #7705, 5051 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509, office, on or about July 26, 2018 and times prior thereto: An electrical receptacle that was powering equipment including, but not limited to, a relocatable power tap, was not equipped with a cover plate. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105836, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 34300 MS-30, Vaiden, MS 39176.
