29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they use: (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)) a) Green Meadows Dairy - On or about June 26, 2018 and times prior to, the employer did not maintain Safety Data Sheets or make them available for all the chemicals used on the farm, thus exposing employees to chemical hazards from chemicals they were handling/working with including but not limited to Ultra-dyne udder wash, PeroxySan disinfectant, nitrogen, oxygen, acetylene, diesel fuel, and propane.
