29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Receiving Yard Log office, 156 Industrial Boulevard, Everett, PA 15537: Observed on or about June 5, 2018, portable fire extinguishers were located on the floor and on wooden shelves which could make it difficult for them to be located and accessed in the event of a fire.
