29 CFR 1910.95(i)(3): Employees were not given the opportunity to select their hearing protectors from a variety of suitable hearing protectors provided by the employer/ (a) On or about May 22, 2018, the employer did not provide a selection of hearing protectors. Employees were given the option of 3M foam hearing protectors (model 1100, 1110) either as standalone buds (1100), or connected by a string(1110). This does not satisfy the requirements of the standard.
