29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting: a) Facility-Wide - On or about May 9, 2018 and times prior thereto, the employer did not provide an educational program for all employees to familiarize them with general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting, thus exposing employees to fire hazard related injuries. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
