29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 26, 2018, at Lots 92-95, 5710-5740 Dalton Ridge, Suwanee, Georgia: Four employees performing framing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.5-feet to greater than 25-feet when they worked from the roof and unprotected edges of a townhouse building without using fall protection. Rubio Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1154397, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6860 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Sandy Springs, Georgia.
