29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) On or about 1/30/2018, employer failed to report an employee hospitalization injury to the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration within 24 hours of the incident date. Aacer Acquisition, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.39(a)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230133, citation number 02, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/9/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 970 Ogden Rd., Peshtigo, WI 54157.
