29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a) On or about 5/3/2018, in the detailing area, for the detailers not wearing eye protection while spraying cleaners that are corrosive including but not limited to: ECP Technicians Choice TEC655 Acid wheel cleaner concentrate containing phosphoric acid. Kendalls Auto Detailing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.133(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899672, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 1/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 17 Railroad Ave. Albany, NY 12205.
