29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. (a) On January 26, 2018, an employee was hospitalized for a fractured right leg and ankle and the employer did not report the hospitalization to OSHA until April 2, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET)
