29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) On or about 3/23/18 - Rear wall of the postal office work room located at 479 Main Street, Sycamore; the electrical outlet cover plate was missing. U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1920.305(b) (2) (i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1289696 citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 360 Ventura Avenue Oak View, CA 93022.
