29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) On or about 2/12/2018 - 2147 John Hawkins Parkway at the Highway 150 Bridge Project, a program to monitor employees using high noise equipment such as, but not limited to Husqvarna Model 365 X-Torq Chainsaws capable of producing noise levels exceeding 110dB was not developed.
