29 CFR 1910.1048(d)(2)(ii): The initial monitoring process was not repeated each time there was a change in production, equipment, process, personnel, or control measures which could have resulted in new or additional exposure to formaldehyde: a) In the K-Plant, on or about February 20, 2018 - The employer failed to repeat the initial monitoring process on the Kiln Car Repairman after a curing oven was installed in the K-Plant resulting in the Kiln-Car repairman's new exposure to formaldehyde above 0.1 ppm.
