29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: Location - 146 Dascomb Rd. Andover, MA On or about 16 February, 2018, the powered pallet jack was not in good operating condition. Restaurant Depot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178 (q)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection 1188745, citation 1, item 4a and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5250 S. 6th St. Milwaukee WI. 53221
