29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2) is applicable to shipyard employment by 1915.154 that incorporates the General Industry requirement: Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece was used: (a) Engine room of M/v Matanuska, at Vigor Marine, LLC shipyard at 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, Oregon: On or about 2/7/2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to inhalation exposure, in that the employer instituted a new requirement for inline air respirators which were not fit tested. Vigor was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 834323, citation number 2, item number 1, with a final order date of 2/28/2013, with respect to a workplace located at FSV-7, 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, Oregon.
