29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program as may be necessary to comply with this part: a) Jobsite: The employer did not develop and implement an accident prevention program to assist employees with hazards associated with their work operations. Condition was noted on or about 31 JAN 2018. Alexandro Da Silva DBA Deca Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number (Deca) #1020151, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 18 AUG 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1001 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19146.
