29 CFR 1904.30(a): The employer did not keep a separate OSHA 300 Log for each establishment that is expected to be in operation for one year or longer: On or about January 26, 2018, the employer failed to maintain an OSHA 300 Log or equivalent form for each establishment in which they employee workers. The employer maintains one OSHA 300 Log for all their cumulative establishments.
