29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Roof Structure Southeast side: Employees engaged in roofing work on a three story residential structure, were not protected from falling objects, including but not limited to, shingles and tools, by the use of hard hats, on or about 12/11/2017 b) Building Exterior Northeast side: Employees engaged in roofing work on a three story residential structure, were not protected from falling objects, including but not limited to, shingles and tools, by the use of hard hats, on or about 12/11/2017 Jersey Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130473, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (4/8/16), with respect to a workplace located at 94 Echo Place Elmwood Park, NJ 07407
