29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while engaging in residential roofing activities. This was most recently documented on or about December 18, 2017 at a jobsite located at Lot 9 Q Waters Edge St. 1100 E. Derby, Kansas 67037. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 and 16 feet from the eave to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided and utilized.
