29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(iii): The employer, having a workplace requiring the use of respirators, did not have fit testing procedures included in its written respiratory program as required by this section: (a) Funeral Home - The employer's written respiratory protection program did not contain the fit testing procedures for tight-fitting respirators, including but not limited to the 3M 6300 half-face model provided to employees conducting embalming operations., on or about January 10, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
