29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about December 06, 2017, and times prior thereto, in the Shop Area where employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while working near the junction box that had an unused opening without a cover to close that opening.
