29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Building 24 - Employees did not have a clear path to exit the building. The employer did not ensure that exit routes were kept free of hazards and unobstructed so employee egress was not hindered, on or before December 1, 2017 Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
