29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 9 - On or about 11/30/2017, employees were working in a 5th floor pilot house in which debris and scrap lumber was not kept clear, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. US Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 967710, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 900 N. 5th St, Philadelphia, PA.
