29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) On or about December 1, 2017, employees were exposed to head injury while working without protective helmets in areas below roofing operations. AAA Better Roof, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100 (a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986372, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2014, with respect to a worksite located at 3516 Regent Drive, Hoffmann Estates, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
