29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment: a) 1101 Koffel Rd. Hatfield, PA - on or about November 21, 2017, employees perform servicing and maintenance of equipment to include but not limited to, servicing and cleaning of ovens, meat grinders, and blenders. The employer did not implement and require procedures be followed to turn off or shut down machines and equipment.
