The employer did not ensure that boxes were stored in a stable and secure manner to prevent collapse, on or about November 9, 2017. (b) 311 Stanley K Tanger Blvd Suite 1300, Lancaster Pennsylvania, door to back on restroom side - Employees walk in the area. The employer did not ensure that boxes were stored in a stable and secure manner to prevent collapse, or about November 9, 2017.
