29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Facility, 1150 Second Avenue, New Kensington, PA: On or about November 14, 2017 the employer had not conducted a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the requirement of this standard was being followed. The employer, UniFirst Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 796181, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 205 Garfield Avenue, Stratford, CT 06615.
